Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Some urns are available for immediate delivery - please inquire if you need immediate delivery at no extra charge. Ground shipping within the 48 states will cost $45. This just covers my cost for packaging, insurance, and shipping. Faster shipping options are available and will be quoted on request.

Return Policy

All standard urns may be returned for any reason for a refund or exchange within the first 10 days. They must be in their original, new condition. Obtain return authorization by calling David Orth. Shipping & handling costs cannot be refunded. Custom urns (including urns with inscriptions, custom sizes, and custom finishes) are not returnable.
